摘要
本文阐明了以蚕丝蛋白的凝胶-溶胶转移和液晶态,拉伸与液晶的组合纺丝而纺成蚕丝纤维的机理。
Liquid fibroin protein was secreted in posterior part of silk gland,and its concentration was 12%. When it went through the middle and anterior part of silk gland, theprotein was transformed from gel to sol because of the Ca++ irons. The concentration was 25-30% with liquid crystalline phase. Therefore, the silk protein sol flowed easily in the spinning tube and was spun to be the fiber through the drawing from the swing of the silkwormhead.
