议敬业度概念的理论分歧与实践应用 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,员工敬业度的理论研究和实践应用已成为学者以及管理者关注的热点,在经济环境不佳的背景下,员工的向心力显得尤为重要。然而业界和学界对这一概念的理解和运用存在着很大的分歧,缺乏统一观点。本文分别从两个视角剖析敬业度的概念,通过比较与联系,意在促进管理者与学者就这一概念的沟通和共识,从而真正使这一概念创造实际价值、指导管理。
