5龄饷食后以MH、JHa、AJH处理,MH和AJH对桑蚕发育几无影响,JHa能显著延长5龄和蛹期经过。3种激素都能增加蚕体重、茧丝量、卵量,但只有MH提高茧层生产效率达显著水平。MH对雌蚕作用显著大于雄蚕,其它激素相反。人工饲料育应用MH和AJH能使摄入的营养物质转化为茧丝和卵物质的效率提高,JHa的饲料效率低,这与消化率MH>AJH>CK>JHa是一致的.
Silkworms were reared with artificial diet treated by MH,JHa or AJH afterthe first feeding of the sib instar. In result,MH and AJH have no effect on the developmentof silkworm,while JHa prolonged the duration of the instar and pupa. These three hormonesall increased the body weight,silk amount,egg number. But only MH's effect on silk ratereached at significant level. The effect of MH on female larva was remarkably greater thanon male one. However,the other two hormones affected the male larva greatly. In artificialdiet rearing of silkworm, MH and AJH can increase the efficiency to convert ingested nutritive substances into silk and egg components. But JHa's diet efficiency was the lowest. It isin accordance with the rule of digestibility MH>AJH>CK>JHa.
