摘要
目的探讨中药对小鼠卵巢和子宫发育的影响,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法随机将60只雌性昆明小鼠平分为生川乌组(实验组)和对照组,实验组与对照组分喂食生川乌与维生素A1,观察子宫和卵巢的变化。结果对照组子宫内膜厚度厚于实验组,但无明显差异。实验组子宫胎盘重量、子宫胎儿胎盘总重降低,活胎数减少,吸收胎数增多,分别与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论生草乌在最大可给药剂量给药时,能够影响小鼠的卵巢和子宫发育功能,显示出一定的胚体毒性。
Objective To discuss the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on development of ovary and uterus in mice, and to provide the basis for clinical medication. Methods Sixty female mice were equally divided into experimental group ( applied with crude Sichuan Aconite Root) and control group, the mice in experimental group and control group were treated with crude Sichnan Aconite Root and Vitamin Al respectively. Results The thickness of endometrium in mice of control group was thicker than that of mice in experimental group, but the difference was not significant. The gross weight of uterus, placenta and fetus was reduced, the number of live embryos was reduced, the number of absorbed embryos was increased in mice of experimental group and the difference was significant in comparison with those of control group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The crude Sichuan Aconite Root can affect the development of ovary and uterus in mice, and it has some embryonic toxicity.
