有限切开复位结合锁定加压接骨板治疗胫骨中下段骨折

Treatment of distal tibia fracture with minimally invasive incision combined with LCP

目的探讨运用有限切开骨折复位结合锁定加压接骨板(LCP)治疗胫骨中下段骨折的疗效。方法对38例胫骨中下段骨折采用有限切开骨折复位加内侧LCP治疗,随访4～28个月,平均15个月。结果本组38例患者伤口全部一期愈合,骨折愈合时间为12～20周,平均16周。无伤口感染、骨折延迟愈合或不愈合、接骨板断裂等并发症。按Johner-Wruhs评分标准,优良率94.7%。结论有限切开骨折复位结合LCP治疗胫骨中下段骨折具有创伤小、并发症少、骨折愈合率高等优点,是胫骨中下段骨折治疗的一种有效方法。

Objective To study the effects of treatment of distal tibia fractures with minimally invasive incision combined with LCP. Methods Thirty eight cases of distal tibia fractures were treated by minimally invasive incision combined with LCP, and the follow - up period ranged from 4 months to 28 months with an average of 15 months. Results All fractures reached union. There was no malunion or nonunion and no infection and plate breakage occurred in these patients. All patients were evaluated with respect to functional recovery according to Johner - Wruhs system. 23 cases obtained excellent result, 13 with good and 2 with fair. The rate of excellent and good effects was 94.7 %. Conclusion The treatment with minimally invasive incision combined with LCP is a safe and effective procedure for treatment of distal tibia fractures with benefits of limited invasion or less soft tissue complications and high rate of bone union.
