摘要
目的分析我院非在编护士流动性大的现状及相关因素,为规范非在编护士管理,稳定非在编护士队伍,提高护理质量提出相关对策。方法采用对满意度等问卷调查法,调查我院近5年的非在编护士70人。结果非在编护士的满意度平均得分为3.12,总体满意度较低;满意度最低的项目是福利待遇、创造职业发展机会。结论提高福利待遇,创造职业发展机会是稳定非在编护士队伍的有效途径。
Objective To analyze the status of mobility of nurses and related factors. It's a better way to try to find a good solution and keep a good stability in non - establishment nurses, thus it can effectively improve the quality of nursing care. Methods Seventy nurses, worked in hospital nearly 5 years, were surveyed by satisfaction questionnaire for their working environment. Results An average scores of 3.12 were given to provisional nurses. The project benefits and creating career developing opportunities are their common needs. Conclusion Improving benefits and creating career developing opportunities are effective ways for stability of provisional nurses.
