摘要
目的研究长期饮酒对大鼠心肌细胞形态、超微结构及心肌中丙二醛(MDA)、金属硫蛋白(MT)含量的影响。方法慢性自由饮质量浓度36%酒精6个月,制备大鼠酒精性心肌病早期模型。观察大鼠心肌细胞形态、超微结构改变及心肌中MDA、MT含量变化。结果实验组大鼠心肌细胞发生炎症反应、超微结构改变和心肌细胞间质充血等损伤,心肌中MDA显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),MT明显低于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论长期饮酒可致大鼠心肌细胞形态及超微结构损伤,MDA增多,MT减少。
Objective To invest chronic alcohol intake on morphology and ultra-structure in myocardial cells of rats, and observe the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and metallothionein (MT) in cardiac muscle tissues. Methods Models of alcoholic cardiomyopathy at earlier period in rats were established by free drinking mass concentration of 36% alcohol for six month. The change of morphology and ultra-structure in myocardial cells were observed and the level of MDA and MT in myocardiac tissues were measured. Results Inflammatory reaction, hemorrhage and change of ultrastructure were found in the myocardial cells of the experimental group, and the level of MDA in cardiac muscle tissues was significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.01), while the level of MT was significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Chronic alcohol intake can lead to morphology and ultra-structure damage in myocardial ceils, increase the MDA and decrease the MT.
