急性心肌梗死后左室重构的诊断及干预 被引量：9

摘要 急性心肌梗死（AMI）后左室重构（VR）是梗死后心肌组织结构和心室功能变化的病理生理过程，影响梗死后患者的心脏血流动力学状态，并且是决定梗死后心脏事件发生率和远期预后的主要因素。
