摘要
目的探讨血脂异常对心率变异性（HRV）的影响。方法对80例血脂升高的成人患者和60例血脂正常者行24h动态心电图检查，测定其HRV时域指标。结果与对照组比较，高脂血症组HRV时域指标SDNN、SDANN、Rmssd及pNN50（107．0±35．6、98．64±27．80、34．27±9．70、9．86±3．20）均显著降低（P〈0．01或0．05）。结论高脂血症患者HRV各时域指标降低。
Objective To investigate the influence of lipid abnormality on heart rate variability. Methods 80 patients with hyperlipoidemia and 60 patients with normal blood lipid were tested heart rate variability（HRV ） time domain according to 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram. Results The indexes of SDNN, SDANN, Rmssd, and pNNS0 （107.0±35.6,98.64±27.80,34.27±9.70 and 9.86±3.20） of HRV time domain in Hyperlipidemia group decreased significantly compared with the control group（P〈0.01 or 0.05 ）. Conclusion The value of each index of HRV time domain decreases in hyperlipidemia patients.
