摘要 目的探讨血脂异常对心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法对80例血脂升高的成人患者和60例血脂正常者行24h动态心电图检查,测定其HRV时域指标。结果与对照组比较,高脂血症组HRV时域指标SDNN、SDANN、Rmssd及pNN50(107.0±35.6、98.64±27.80、34.27±9.70、9.86±3.20)均显著降低(P〈0.01或0.05)。结论高脂血症患者HRV各时域指标降低。 Objective To investigate the influence of lipid abnormality on heart rate variability. Methods 80 patients with hyperlipoidemia and 60 patients with normal blood lipid were tested heart rate variability(HRV ) time domain according to 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram. Results The indexes of SDNN, SDANN, Rmssd, and pNNS0 (107.0±35.6,98.64±27.80,34.27±9.70 and 9.86±3.20) of HRV time domain in Hyperlipidemia group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P〈0.01 or 0.05 ). Conclusion The value of each index of HRV time domain decreases in hyperlipidemia patients.
