摘要
利用多质量模型对内燃机配气机构的动态特性如气门落座速度、气门冲击力、机构飞脱等进行了探讨,分析了它们随结构参数、凸轮型线的变化关系。结果表明,配气机构的结构参数、凸轮型线及凸轮转速之间存在匹配关系,在设计时要仔细选择。
In this paper, by means of multi mass model, the dynamic properties of valve train, such as the sitting velocity of valve, the impulse force of valve and the linkage separation, were discussed.The relationship of the properties with various structure parameters and cam profiles was analyzed. The results show that the different cam profiles suit different cam speeds. There is a certain matching relationship among the structure parameters, the cam speed and the cam profile.
