加味左金香连汤治疗幽门螺旋杆菌性胃炎的临床观察

Modified Zuojinxianglian Decoction used to treat gastritis correlated to Helicobacter pylori

目的观察加味左金香连汤配合三联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组50例、对照组50例。对照组予三联疗法治疗,治疗组在三联疗法治疗的基础上加用加味左金香连汤。观察2组的疗效、主要症状改善及复发情况。结果治疗组与对照组疗效比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗组主要症状胃痛、嗳气的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗幽门螺旋杆菌性胃炎具有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Modified Zuojinxianglian Decoction combined with the triple therapy on gastritis correlated to Helieobacter pylori （GHp）. Method All 100 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=50） treated with Modified Zuojinxianglian Decoction combined with the triple therapy and control group （n=50） treated with the triple therapy only. The curative effect, relief of main symptoms and recurrence rate were observed in two groups. Result The comparison of the curative effect between tow groups was insiginificant statistically （P〉0.05）. The relief of stomachache and ructus in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy integrated Chinese and Western medicine is effective in the treatment of GHp.
