摘要
为了在农村泵与风机中实行节电,采用了高频劈零矢量脉宽调制(PWM)变频器,激励一台220kW鼠笼式异步电动机,通过拖动一台风机所做的数字仿真和性能试验,带载转矩脉动很小,运行平稳,电机损耗较小,效率较高。说明了该PWM技术用于风机水泵调速中的可行性和经济性。
To reduce the power consuption, an advanced method of regulating speed for agricultural pump and wind machine was proposed. This method was based on the split zerovector PWM inverter that was used in the testing system. By means of digital simulation and performance experiments using a 220 kW three phase squirral cage induction motor installed on a 192 kW fan, the availability and economy of this system were verified.
