摘要
文章介绍了６ＤＺ１０００型带式榨汁机榨汁工艺的特点，分析确定了影响其工作性能的主要参数，提出压榨级数、网带速度、带张力、榨辊半径及压榨力等主要设计参数的确定和计算方法，通过试验找出压榨力梯度分布规律。
This paper introduced the characteristics of the flow chart of 6DZ1000 belt press. The factors affecting main performance of 6DZ1000 belt press were analyzed and defined. The relations between tension of belt, diameter of press roller and pressure were analyzed. The calculation methods of some parameters,such as the speed of belt, series of press, tension of belt, diameter of the smallest press roller were given. Through testing the gradient of pressure was defined.
