摘要
为了估计食品挤压机模头的温度分布,基于挤压机柱的热传导和流动能量的散发,该文做了一些必要的假设,并给出了相应的方程,计算热传导所需的参数、温度分布估计的数学方法及曲线。
The basic assumptions and equations necessary for estimation of temperature field were given in this paper. The estimation was based on heat due to conduction from the wall and dissipation of flow energy. The necessary dimensionless numbers for heat transfer were described and the graphical and numerical methods of estimating temperature profile in food extruder dies were explained.
