摘要
以超细石墨粉和超细焦炭粉为原料,分别以COPNA树脂、热塑性酚醛树脂以及二者按质量比为3:2的复配树脂为粘结剂,在100MPa下成型,按一定的升温程序在真空烧结炉中烧结,测定样品的体积密度、抗压强度、抗折强度、拉伸强度、气孔率等性能,结果表明,复配树脂的粘结效果最好,COPNA树脂次之,且含量在30%时为最佳。
ultra-fine graphite powder and ultra-fine coke powder were taken as raw materials ,and COPNA resins,thermoplastic phenolic resin,and with a mass ratio of 3 : 2 100MPa were taken as adhesive respectively. The sample,was molded under,and then according to raising temperature program in a vacuum sintering furnace by sintering. The bulk density,compressive strength,bending strength, tensile strength, and porosityof the sample was tested,results showed that composite resin was NO. 1,in the term of bonding effect,COPNA followed,and the best resin content was 30 percent.
