白细胞计数和心血管病危险因素的关系 被引量:2

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE RISK FACTORS AND WHITE BLOOD CELL COUNT

摘要 目的探讨白细胞计数和心血管病危险因素的关系。方法检测血中白细胞、中性粒细胞及单核细胞计数,分别与血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglycerides,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(low densitylipoprotein,LDL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein-C,HDL-C)及空腹血糖、体质量指数(body massindex,BMI)、年龄、吸烟、饮酒、高血压史、糖尿病史等心血管病危险因素进行单因素分析,并按照常见的6个心血管病危险因素(高血压、吸烟、肥胖、高血糖、LDL≥4.1 mmol/L、HDL-C<1.04 mmol/L)的多少进行方差分析。结果具有高血压、糖尿病、吸烟、饮酒、LDI≥4.1 mmol/L、HDL-C<1.04 mmol/L、TG≥2.26 mmol/L、TC≥6.3mmol/L、BMI≥25、空腹血糖≥7 mmol/L、高龄(男性≥45岁,女性≥55岁)者的白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、单核细胞计数均明显增高。随着心血管病危险因素的增多,白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、单核细胞计数均不断的增高。结论白细胞计数与心血管病危险因素密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between white blood cell count and cardiovascular disease. Methods Blood white cell count, differential leukocyte count was examined in 3 006 office worker. Blood pressure,serum lipid profile,fasting blood glucose,smoking status, as well as body mass index (BMI) were also recorded. Results White blood cell count,neutrophil count and monocyte count all increased in people who have the common accepted cardiovascular disease risk factors including hypertension, diabetes, smoking, drinking, dyslipidemia, BMI≥ 25, fasting blood glucose≥7 mmol/ L,and advanced age (male≥45 years old,female≥55 years old). There was a positive association between the degree of white blood cell count, neutrophil count, as well as monocyte count and the number of the above 6 frequent cardiovascular disease risk factors. Conclusion White blood cell count,especially the monocyte count has close relation with the common cardiovascular disease risk factors.
