萝卜红素提取工艺的研究进展

Research progress on the extraction technology of red radish pigment

为了充分利用萝卜红素,介绍了萝卜红素在食品、饮料、日化和纺织等领域的应用,综述了萝卜红素有机溶剂浸提法、微波提取法、大孔树脂吸附法、超临界流体萃取法(SFE)、薄层色谱法、柱层析法和酶工程法等几种提取工艺的研究进展,探讨了萝卜红素今后的发展方向。

In order to make a full use of red radish pigment,the applications of red radish pigment in tood, beverage, and textile were introduced. The extraction technology of red radish pigment was reviewed as the followings：organie solvent extraction, microwave extraction, maeroporous adsorption resin, supereritical fluid extraction （SFE） , thin layer chromatography,column chromalography,and enzyme engineering etc. And the fulure development orientation was discussed as well.
