社科研究机构图书馆的课题服务工作主要包括收集课题研究资料、参与课题研究、担任课题学术秘书。通过对部分地方社会科学院图书馆为课题研究提供服务的调查研究发现,服务工作中存在服务人员缺乏相关学科知识、图书馆缺乏相应的运行机制和服务经费、用户信息意识和能力不强等问题。社科研究机构图书馆应根据实际情况和需要,建立"学科小组",实行团队服务,围绕课题研究提供多种服务,优化人力资源,提高馆员素质,加强交流宣传并扩大服务影响。

The research topic services of libraries in social science academies include collecting the information on research topics, participating in researches, and serving as the academic secretary. Through the investigation of library services in part of social science academies, the author points out some problems： librarians lack knowledge of relevant disciplines; libraries are deficient in corresponding operating mechanisms and service funds; users are short of information awareness and abilities, etc. According to the situation and needs, libraries in social science academies should establish the ＂subject group＂ to implement team services, provide a wide range of services focusing on research topics, optimize human resources, improve the staff quality, and strengthen the information exchange and propaganda to expand the impact of services.
