摘要 《图书馆2.0:升级你的服务》是一本向图书馆员普及和推广图书馆2.0理念和实践的专著。其定位明确,让不同层次的读者各取所需。分析书中内容可得:技术傻瓜化为图书馆2.0永远Beta版的方向,图书馆2.0始终立足于图书馆的核心服务,个性化服务应注重个性关怀而非技术自助,可充分利用访谈专栏。本书架构巨细兼顾,可考虑增加绩效评估方法的指引,并突出图书馆2.0于馆员的价值。本书写作风格的不统一利弊兼有,但图表整合将更为直观。 This is a monograph that aims at popularizing the Library2.0 conception and practice for librarians. It positions clearly and meets the different readers' needs. The inspirations from the content as following: the direction of the Library2.0 beta version is 'technology for dummies' ; Library2.0 bases on the library core services; personalized services should lay stress on individualized consideration instead of self- service technology. The framework can consider increasing the performance appraisal system and emphasizing what it is worth for librarians, and make full use of the interview column. Advantages are accompanied by disadvantages because of the various writing styles. It will be more visual by using the charts.
