摘要
随着经费投入的快速增长、政府采购和国库直接支付的推行以及书商经营模式的变化,华南师范大学图书馆原版外文图书采选方式改为以现采为主,其主要形式为书商到馆举办书展和组织专家参加外地书展。实践表明,现采可以更加直观准确地选书,更容易深入了解读者需求和个性化推荐图书馆资源与服务,但也存在选书质量良莠不齐、不利于形成馆藏特色和难以落实馆藏发展政策等突出问题。通过改进现采方案、加强现采质量控制、坚持订购和现采协调发展等方式可以更好地发挥现采的作用。
On the condition of rapid funds growth, the government acquisition and payment, and booksellers changing their business model, South China Normal University Library adopts the spot acquisition of original foreign language books as the main acquisition model. The main ways are organizing book exhibition in the library and inviting experts to participate in the book exhibition of other cities. Through the spot acquisition, the library can select book more directly and accurately, understand readers＇ needs more deeply, have opportunity to recommend library resources and services. The disadvantages are： books selected are not equally fine; collection characteristics are hard to form; collection development policy is difficult to implement. Through developing better designed the spot acquisition scheme, strengthening quality control, adhering to coordinate development principle between order and spot acquisition, we can better exert the function of the spot acquisition.
