摘要
基于对黑龙江省25所本科高校图书馆实时在线咨询服务的开放时间、服务对象、咨询范围以及使用软件等具体情况的调查及分析,黑龙江省高校图书馆需要通过加强宣传、多方面提高咨询馆员素质及加强合作等手段提高实时在线咨询服务质量。
Based on the research and analysis of the real-time online reference service in universities of Heilongjiang Province, this paper discusses the time available, the client, the content limitation and the software used. In order to improve the service quality, the universities of Heilongjiang Province should strengthen propaganda, improve the quality of reference librarians and promote the cooperation.
