Through the investigation of library information services in Jiangning College Town and the development of Nanjing Jiangning Science Park, the innovation model of discipline services in university libraries driven by export-oriented knowledge services contributes to the improvement of discipline services in modern university libraries, and to the competitiveness of participation in the information service market. The successful practice of the library consortia in Nanjing Jiangning College Town will provide some reference for the location of university libraries in the information market.
