The Sharing Project and New Countryside Cultural Enrichment

在覆盖全社会的服务网络的辐射下,共享工程在农村地区获得广泛应用和积极推进。基于全国共享工程网络服务新农村的体系和形式,广西新农村文化致富工程形成5种典型模式:阳朔模式、靖西模式、横县模式、恭城模式、北流模式。共享工程应在网络环境下最大限度地保障基层群众的文化权益,与新农村文化致富相互促进、共惠农民。

Under the social covered service network radiation, the sharing project obtains the widespread application and the positive advancement in the countryside. Based on the system and the form of national sharing project network serving the new countryside, the Guangxi new countryside cultural enrichment project possesses five typical models, namely, the Yangshuo pattern, the Jingxi pattern, the Heng Counly pattern, the Gongcheng pattern, and the Beiliu pattern. The sharing project should maximally safeguard grass roots＇ cultural rights and interests under the network environment and make mutual promotion with the new countryside cultural enrichment, and altogether favor the farmer.
