摘要
中学英语教学应当践行文学阅读的价值取向。中学生阅读量至少应达到英语课标建议量的2~3倍,增加阅读量主要是靠文学阅读。有效的文学阅读必须是可理解的、有趣的、自然的、足量的。激发兴趣、勉励勤学、导学助读是推动文学阅读的三种方法,其中激趣是前提,勤学是根本,导学是助推。
The English teaching in middle schools is supposed to practice the values of literature reading. The amount of reading for students in middle schools should be at least two or three times more than that proposed in the English Curriculum Standards. Only in this way can students increase the amount of literature reading. The effective readings of literature are considered to be comprehensible, interesting, natural and adequate. Arousing interest, which is regarded as the prerequisite, encouraging diligence, which is the foundation, and guiding reading, which supports learning, are the three approaches to facilitating literature reading.
