摘要 在生产过程装置及工艺确定的前提下,操作方案恰当与否直接影响产品质量产量及物耗能耗。由于生产过程操作变量繁多且关系复杂,传统操作调节方法已不能满足操作优化需求。本文提出了基于可拓理论的智能操作优化方法以寻求最佳操作方案。通过建立操作条件、生产目标及约束条件的物元、事元模型,采用可拓性分析及可拓变换得到操作调节方案,设定操作变量给定值形成操作方案集,并进行筛选评价得到最佳方案。结合某企业高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)串级反应过程生产操作验证了其有效性,为过程工业操作条件优化调节提供了新思路。 Under the certainty of production device and technical condition, whether the operating scheme is appropriate or not will directly affect the product quality and output, as well as the consumption of materials and energy. The operating variables are massive and their relations are complex, so that the traditional operating regulation can not meet the requirement in operation optimization. An intelligent operation optimization method based on extension theory is proposed in order to find the best operating scheme. Matter-element and affair-element models are established for operating conditions, production goal and restriction. Extension analysis and transformation are used to obtain the operating scheme. Given values of operating variables are set to form an operating scheme set, and assessment is applied to determine the best operating scheme. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified through an actual production operation in HDPE cascade reaction process, which provides a new approach to the regulation of operating conditions in process industry.
