建立白桦（Ｂｅｔｕｌａｐｌａｔｙｐｈｙｌａｓｕｋｓ）组织培养再生系统，为白桦良种选育、定向培育及遗传转化等方面的研究，提供基础手段和理论依据。采用ＷＰＭ、ＭＳ、ＩＳ三种基本培养基，通过休眠芽获得无菌苗后，再选取无菌苗的不同部位作外植体，分别诱导、分化、生根形成再生植株。
