摘要 建立白桦(Betulaplatyphylasuks)组织培养再生系统,为白桦良种选育、定向培育及遗传转化等方面的研究,提供基础手段和理论依据。采用WPM、MS、IS三种基本培养基,通过休眠芽获得无菌苗后,再选取无菌苗的不同部位作外植体,分别诱导、分化、生根形成再生植株。 The methods of building the regenerative system of Betula platyphylla were studied, which would supply basic means and theoretical basis for its improvement and breeding, cultivation on purpose and genetic transformation Three basal mediums (WPM, MS, IS) were adopted After sterilized seedlings were obtained from resting axillary bud, the different sections from sterilized seedlings were chosen as explants, and regenerative plants were formed respectively by means of induction, differentiation and taking root cultures, finally survived after transplantation
