摘要
以N,N─二甲基氨乙基甲基丙烯酸酯和丙烯酰胺为原料共聚得到新的阳离子型助剂。在实验室条件下,通过对苇浆、桦木浆、落叶松浆的滤水实验,得出添加该助剂,各种浆料的滤水效果都得到改善,滤液体积提高最大百分率分别为115%、993%、739%。通过以红白松本色浆、苇浆、混合浆为原料在实验室条件下,对手抄片的网上留着率进行测定,添加该助剂测出网上留着率和各自浆种的空白时留着率相比,留着率增加最高百分率分别为495%、319%、316%,且手抄片的物理强度无明显变化。通过佳木斯造纸厂5号纸机生产实验,验证了该助剂在生产中的效果:可加快浆料的滤水速度,使网前箱浆料浓度下降15%,纸机车速提高5%,纸张利润增加100元/t。
