The Analysis of Three Models of Government-Nonprofit Cooperation in Public Service

公共服务领域需要政府与非营利组织合作,以应对公共服务的挑战。已有的很多研究涉及政府与非营利组织合作的模式问题,但对双方的合作模式存在理解上的分歧,为此需要提出一个更富有解释力的合作模式分类框架。本文提出协同增效、服务替代和拾遗补缺三种合作模式的分类体系,并详细区分了这些合作模式的差异。

Government is trying to cooperate with nonprofit organizations in public service. Many terms about cooperation are interspersed in various literatures, but different research has different understanding about the models of cooperation. This research puts forward a new framework to classify different models of cooperation in synergy, substitution and supplementarity, and distinguishes the differences of those models with some indexes.
