摘要
对花椰菜雄性不育株的形态特征进行观察,通过杂交后代的育性表现,探讨不育的遗传机制。结果表明,花椰菜不育株可分为3种类型,即雄蕊退化型、花药萎缩型和嵌合型;不育性由核内一对隐性基因控制。
The shape characteristics of cauliflower male sterile plants was observed,according to the fertilities of cross descendants,the genetic mechanism of male sterile plants was studied.The resutls indicate the male sterile plants of cauliflower can be classified 3 types,they are stamen degeneration type,anther shrivel type and inlay type;the character of male sterile is determined by recessive gene in cell nucleus.
