不同C/N比香蕉杆堆肥化过程中微生物种群的动态变化 被引量:21

摘要 以香蕉杆为堆肥原料,用鸡粪调节C/N比,在自制的强制通风静态堆肥装置中进行堆肥试验,研究不同C/N比香蕉杆堆肥处理中微生物种群数量的变化规律。结果表明:C/N比是影响堆肥化过程中的微生物种群数量变化的关键因素;各处理在堆肥化过程中的微生物种群总数呈"低-高-低"的变化趋势,其中细菌种群的数量变化与微生物种群总数的变化规律一致,真菌种群的数量变化表现为随堆肥时间的延长呈降低趋势,放线菌种群数量的变化呈"波浪型"。在整个堆肥化过程中,中温微生物数量始终高于高温微生物,细菌种群的数量总是最多,是香蕉杆堆肥化过程中的优势菌群。香蕉杆堆肥的最适C/N比为25。 Banana pseudostems the ratio of carbon device with forced ventilation results showed that the C/N were used to nitrogen to observe ratio is a as raw materials of manure compost, added with chicken dung (C/N) and then composted in a home-made static composting the changes of microorganisms under different treatments. The key factor affecting change of microbial populations in the composting process. The total count of microbial populations showed a "low-high-low" trend in the process of composting for each treatment. The total count of the bacterial populations showed a similar change to that of the microbial populations; the total count of the fungal populations showed a decreasing change; the total count of actinomycelial populations gave a wavelike change. In the whole process of manure composting, the total count of the mesophilic microorganisms was always more than that of the thermophilic microorganisms. The total count of the bacterial populations was always maximal, and hence the bacteria are the best microbial populations for manure composting of banana pseudostems. The optimum ratio of C/N for the manure composting of pseudostems is 25.
