摘要
推导了一种新的非稳态流体网络模拟方法应用到流体系统沿程温度、压力、流量的非稳态特性预测中.本方法将流体系统简化为节点和元件组成的网络,节点和元件处建立守恒方程,应用压力修正和微积分方法相结合的综合方法进行模拟.程序应用到NASA的推进剂压缩模型中,并与经验关联式和NASA的程序模拟结果进行了对照,结果吻合地较好,证明了程序的可行性,验证后的程序被应用到航空发动机冷却流路模拟中.
A new approach combining fluid network and unsteady simulation method was developed to predict the unsteady characteristic of pressure, temperature and mass flow rate of the flow in engine. The fluid system was simplified into fluid network comprised of nodes and branches. Conservation equations were solved by a newly introduced method combining pressure-correctional method and differential method. The program was applied to propulsion test article(PTA) model, which was compared with the empirical correlation and numerically simulated result of general fluid system simulation program (GFSSP) of NASA. The computational results show good agreement with the benchmark. Then the program was applied to the simulation of the jet engine cooling system.
