喷嘴马赫数对涡流管性能影响的实验 被引量:5

Experimental study on the vortex tubes with different Mach number nozzles

摘要 设计加工了不同出口马赫数的喷嘴,搭建了涡流管性能测试试验台,对不同马赫数喷嘴涡流管的能量分离性能进行了实验测试,实验结果表明:出口马赫数为0.5到0.8的喷嘴的涡流管具有很好的能量分离效果,但是当马赫数上升到0.9时效果明显变差.当涡流管入口压力在0.4-0.6 MPa之间时,喷嘴出口马赫数为0.8的涡流管具有最好的制冷效应,但当涡流管入口压力继续增加时各喷嘴涡流管的制冷性能差距不大. In order to find out the vortex tube configuration with the best cooling temperature difference, nozzles with different Mach numbers were designed and manufactured, the experimental system was set up and the performances of these nozzles were measured. The result shows that the vortex tube has better energy separation effect with outlet Maeh number between 0.5 and 0.8. But when the Mach number is up to 0. 9, the effect would be worse. The refrigeration performance of the vortex tube with the outlet Mach number of 0.8 is best from 0.4 to 0.6 MPa in inlet pressure, but the performance difference varied little with input pressure over 0.6 MPa.
