摘要
本文介绍了多功能原子吸收光谱仪的原理、特点及在糖品分析中的应用,并提供了可靠的分析方法和测试条件,对糖品中铜、铁、铅、砷的含量进行了测定。同时对标准曲线回归方程、相关系数、检出限、精密度和回收率进行了实验分析,结果表明所得实验数据均符合实验室质量控制的要求。该仪器与PEAA300原子吸收分光光度计在测定糖品中铜和铁的含量进行了比较,与北京吉天AFS-9120双道原子荧光光度计在测定糖品中铅和砷的含量进行了比较,测得实验数据比较一致,偏差小于10%。
This paper introduced the multifunctional atomic absorption spectrometer apparatus of the principles and characteristics, introduced the instrument in sugar analysis applications and provided a reliable analytical methods and test conditions. Copper, iron, lead, arsenic content in sugar was determined simultaneously on the standard curve regression equation, correlation coefficient, detection limit, precision and recovery. The results show that the experimental data were consistent with laboratory quality control requirements. The instrument were compared with the PE AA300 atomic absorption spectrophotometer in the determination of copper and iron content in sugar. At the same time, comparison with Beijing Titan AFS-9120 dual-channel Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer materials was also conducted in the determination of lead and arsenic content in sugar. Results showed that the deviation was less than 10%.
