摘要
目的探讨皮下埋植避孕剂对子宫内膜组织内皮素(endothelin,ET)和一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)含量的影响。方法皮下埋植左炔诺酮妇女月经规则出血和不规则出血子宫内膜各8例(下称皮埋组),正常子宫内膜12例,测定内膜组织ET和NO含量。结果皮埋组子宫内膜组织ET和NO含量明显高于正常组(P<0.05),NO/ET值低于正常组(P<0.05);月经不规则出血组子宫内膜ET和NO含量均明显高于月经规则出血组和正常组(P<0.05),月经规则出血组子宫内膜ET含量高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论皮下埋植避孕剂影响子宫内膜的收缩功能,ET/NO调节失衡导致子宫异常出血。
Objective The aim of this study was to discuss the effect of hypoderm contraceptive implants on endothelin ( ET ) and nitric oxide ( NO ) in endometrium. Methods Endometrium samples were obtained from 12 normal women and 16 hypoderm contraceptive implants users. The level of ET was determined by radioimmunoassay,and the level of NO was determined by nitrite reductase. The hypoderm contraceptive implants users included 8 cases menstral regularities and 8 cases menstral irregularities. Results The level of ET and NO in the hypoderm contraceptive implants users were significantly higher than that in normal women (P〈0.05),and NO/ET was lower than that in normal women(P 〈0.05). In hypoderm contraceptive implants users, the level of ET and NO in menstral regularities were all significantly higher than that in menstral irregularities, the level of ET in menstral regularities was higher than that in normal women ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Hypoderm contraceptive implants affected the contractility of endometrum. The imbalance of ET/NO in local endometrium induced abnormal uterine bleeding in implants users.
