巩膜隧道刀制作无缝线巩膜瓣小梁切除术的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目前抗青光眼手术主要是小梁切除滤过性手术,滤过术目的在于形成功能性滤过泡。但如何形成远期的功能性滤过泡,提高远期手术成功率,仍然是目前值得探讨的问题。我们在术中采用巩膜隧道刀制作巩膜瓣联合无缝线巩膜瓣治疗各类原发性青光眼,现总结报告如下。
