中国与美国高等学校竞技体育管理机制比较研究

Comparative Study on the Management Mechanism of Competitive Sports between Chinese and American Universities

从管理组织、机构设置、经费来源、学生生源及教练员情况等方面,对中国与美国高等学校竞技体育管理机制进行比较分析,结合我国高等学校竞技体育存在的问题,借鉴美国高等学校的成功经验和科学管理方法,为进一步探索社会转型期如何建立和完善有中国特色的高校竞技体育体制、建立和健全各种法规制度,为我国高等学校竞技体育的发展提供理论依据。

This paper makes a comparative study on Chinese and American universities by analyzing their administration, or- ganizations, source of outlay, students and coaches. The purpose of the paper is to find the problems existed in comparative sports in Chinese universities and provide a theoretical basis for sports development in Chinese universities in the light of A- merican successful experience and scientific management. It provide some reference for the further study on establishing and perfecting athletics system of universities with distinctive Chinese features in the states of the society transformation.
