新型工业化发展水平评价指标体系的构建及实证研究——基于陕西的数据

An Evaluation Index System and Empirical Study on the Level of New-type Industrialization Development——Based on Data from Shaanxi Province

本文在充分理解新型工业化的内涵的基础上,首先建立评价新型工业化进程的指标体系,然后对陕西省新型工业化水平进行测算,测算结果显示目前陕西省处于新型工业化的中期阶段,接着对陕西省的新型工业化发展状况分别进行了纵向分析和横向分析,并分析出制约其发展的关键因素,最后有针对地提出推进陕西省新型工业化进程的政策建议。

This paper builds an index system of new-type industrialization and measures the level of new-type industrialization in Shaanxi Province. The results show that the level of new-type industrialization in Shaanxi is on the medium-term. We also conduct horizontal and vertical analyses of Shaanxi Province to find the key factors that restrain its development. Finally,we propose policy recommendations to promote the process of new-type industrialization in Shaanxi Province.
