捯打髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折的手术分析

Analysis of retrograde intramedullary nailing in the treatment of femoral supracondylar fracture

目的探讨捯打交锁髓内钉在治疗股骨髁上骨折中的临床分析。方法从2005年1月至2008年5月,应用捯打交锁髓内钉治疗36例股骨髁上骨折。结果随访5～18个月,骨折均愈合。结论捯打交锁髓内钉是治疗股骨髁上骨折的良好方法之一,其提供的力学固定有利于骨折愈合和膝关节功能的康复。

Objective To explor the application of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral supracondylar fractures.Methods Collected 36 cases of femoral supracondylar fractures,treated by antidromic interloking intramedullary nai from January 2005 to May 2008.Results All cases followed up for 5 to 18 mouths,their fractures healed well.Conclusion The antidromic interloking intramedullary nail was quite effective in the treatment of femoral supracondylar fractures.The strong mechanical fixation that provided by it was benefitial to the healing of fractures and the recovery of knee joints function.
