外固定架治疗开放性Pilon骨折

External fixation for the treatment of Pilon fracture

目的观察外固定架治疗开放性Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析32例采用外固定架治疗开放性Pilon骨折32例,术后平均随访14个月,观察创面和骨折愈合及功能恢复情况。结果所有病人术后无感染,骨折均骨性愈合,术后据Teeny＆amp;Wiss踝关节症状和功能评分为65～93分,平均85分。结论外固定架适用于开放性Pilon骨折的治疗,可避免切口并发症及骨不连的发生,固定可靠,有利于踝关节早期活动,临床疗效肯定。

Objective To observe the effect of the external fixation for the treatment of Pilon fracture.Method From March 2000 to January 2007,external fixation were used in 32 patients suffering from Pilon fracture which were followed for average 14 months.The raw surface healing and the union of fracture and functional recovery were evaluated.Results All the patients showed successful bone union and free from infection.According to Tenny ＆ Wiss ankle joint scoring system the symptom and function elvalution of ankle was scored from 65 to 93（average 85）.Conclusion It is effective to treat Pilon fracture by way of external fixation which can avoid wound compication and bone ununion,It fixed safely and profit for early mobilization of ankle joint.
