阴沟肠杆菌126株药敏分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解阴沟肠杆菌对常用抗生素的敏感性,以便更好的指导临床医生应用抗生素。方法采用常规方法进行培养,然后按标准鉴定程序进行生化鉴定。药敏实验:利用纸片扩散法(K-B法)测定了15种抗生素对其的抗菌活性。结果126例阴沟肠杆菌中以痰标本为主,其次是尿及各种分泌物。敏感率从高到低依次为碳青酶烯类、氨基糖甙类、酶抑制剂类抗生素、喹诺酮类和头孢类抗生素。结论阴沟肠杆菌常引起多种感染,且有很强的耐药性,应引起临床的重视。
