Borda Number Rule for Group Decision Making under Incomplete Information

对于不完全信息群体决策问题,建立了不完全信息Borda数规则,并研究它的性质和满足Arrow偏爱公理系的情况。在信息不完全的情况下,扩展了确定性下的Borda数规则。

For the group decision making problem under incomplete information, the incomplete information Borda num- ber rule is provided. The propositions and the relationship with the arrow preference axioms of the incomplete information Borda number rule are analyzed.This rule is an expansion of the Borda number rule for the pure preference pattern.
