摘要
为了提高齿轮设计的效率,提高其工作的可靠性,应避免齿轮在传动系统中产生共振。利用三维造型软件Pro/E对齿轮进行三维实体建模,通过PRO/E与ANSYS的接口导入ANSYS中,利用ANSYS软件对齿轮进行模态分析,研究齿轮的固有振动特性,得到了齿轮的低阶振动的固有频率和固有振型,以使其工作频率远离其固有频率,避免发生共振。
In order to enhance the efficiency of gear design, the reliability of its work is improvded to avoid the gear drive system generated in the resonance. Three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E is Use to achieve modeling, import ANSYS file through the PRO/E and ANSYS interface.
