摘要
针对我国城市道路交通安全的现状节,并结合我国道路交通的特点,提出了采用道路交通安全政策、道路交通安全状况、道路交通安全管理与道路交通事故防控水平等4个方面共13项指标组成的面向城市交通安全可持续发展的评价指标集,建立了基于BP神经网络的评价模型,并结合实例,分析了其计算方法。该方法对于城市交通安全评价是有效的。
Aiming at the status and problems of the city traffic safety management of China, as well as the character of road traffic in China, an evaluation indexes system is advanced for the city traffic safety continuable developing, which consists of 13 values coming from following four parts, including safety policy for road traffic, circumstance of road traffic safety, management of road traffic safety and control levels of road traffic accident. In addition, an evaluation model based on the BP artificial network is designed. Combining with evaluation example, the calculation method is analyzed. The results show that the method is effective for the evaluation of road traffic safety.
