通过实例说明了地下水位的上升引发的岩土工程问题,单方面预测了石家庄市地下水水位上升的可能性,同时对今后该区水文地质工作给予了几点建议。岩土工程事故的出现虽然不是单方面因素决定的,但地下水的变化常常是诱发因素,是导火线,工程技术人员应充分认识到这点。
