Problems and Strategies on Employment Information Service of Colleges and Universities

在巨大的就业压力下,高校就业信息服务工作对于毕业生就业显得尤为重要。当前,我国高校就业信息服务工作存在着网络信息平台建设落后,就业信息资源利用水平低,就业信息培训不到位等问题。提高高校就业信息服务水平,应加强就业网站建设,建立就业文献信息资源库,加强就业信息培训,设立专门的课程,提高学生获取和利用就业信息的能力。

Employment information service in colleges and universities is more important for graduate employment under huge employment pressure. Currently, there exist some problems in employment information service in our colleges and universities, such as back- ward network information platform, low utilization of employment information resources, inferior employment information training, etc. Hence, in order to increase service levels of employment information in colleges and universities, we should advance employment websites, build employment information resource database, improve training on employment information, set specialized courses, and increase students＇ ability to achieve and use employment information.
