摘要
我国企业并购风险按时间顺序可分为并购准备阶段的风险、并购执行阶段的风险和并购整合阶段的风险三大类。制定正确的并购战略,建立完整的风险管理机制,强化内部控制,进行文化及人力资源整合,是规避企业并购风险的有效途径。
The risks of Chinese merger and acquisition exist in preparation, implementation and integration phases by means of temporal sequence. Thus the effective way to avoid merger risk is to set correct merger strategy and complete risk management mechanism, increase internal control and integrate cultural and human resources.
