摘要
技术创新环境是影响黑龙江省工业企业技术创新能力的重要因素。本文针对黑龙江省工业企业技术创新的实际情况,运用层次分析法基本思想原理,构建了黑龙江省工业企业技术创新环境的评价指标体系,并对全省工业企业技术创新环境的各个环境指标赋予权重,应用模糊综合评判法对技术创新环境的优劣进行了综合评价,提出了黑龙江省制造型企业技术创新环境的优化策略。
The technological innovation environment is an important factor influencing on the technological innovation ability of Heilongjiang industrial enterprise. The evaluation index system of the innovation environment of industrial enterprise has been established aiming at the actual condition of the technological innovation of industrial enterprises in Heilongjiang based on the principle and ideology of AHP. The weight has been given to each index of the innovation environment of Heilongjiang province.
