通过分析现代林业的科学内涵,以伊春林权制度改革为例,论述伊春林权制度改革取得了把林地的经营权、林木的所有权和处置权都交给职工,使森林资源综合经营水平得到大幅度提高,建立活立木市场,与天保工程相得益彰等方面的成效,以及与现代林业的关系。

By the analysis of the connotation of modern forestry, took the reform of forest property fight system as example, discussed the chievment of the reform of forest property right system, such as the worker and staffs got the management right, the property right, disposal right of forest, and built up the forest market accoding to the project of natural forest protection. So the compositive level of forest management and modern forestry construction have improved.
