摘要
运用1985—2007年福建省的时间序列数据,对福建省FDI实际利用量和工业"三废"排放量之间的关系进行回归分析。实证结果发现,FDI的实际利用量和工业废水排放量、工业废气排放量、工业固体废物排放量之间分别呈现倒N型、U型、倒N型的曲线关系。现阶段,FDI实际利用量和工业废水、工业废气排放量之间是正相关,和工业固体废物排放量之间是负相关关系。这也表明环境库兹涅茨倒U型曲线关系很大程度上取决于污染指标的选取。最后,根据各自不同的回归模型对福建省政府提出相关建议,以确保对FDI的有效利用。
Used time-series data on Fujian province during 1985 -2007 to analyse the relationships between Foreign Direct Investment and three categories measured pollution indicators. Find that the relationships between FDI and industrial wastewater emissions, industrial emissions, industrial solid waste emissions separately are inverted- N-shape, U-shape and inverted- N-shape. Now actual use of FDI shows a positive correlation with industrial wastewater and industrial emissions, 'and a negative correlation with industrial solid waste emissions. What' s more, we also find that the results are highly sensitive to different pollution indicators. At last, gave some recommendations to Fujian province in order to achieve the effective use of FDI.
