广西林业优势产业发展问题探讨

A Study on the Development of the Superior Forestry Industry of Guangxi

在对广西林业产业发展现状进行分析的基础上,论述了广西林业优势产业发展中存在产业结构不合理、产业链不长、区域布局不合理、林地产出率低等问题,以及影响其林业产业发展的主要原因,提出了通过加强对林业优势产业的宏观指导、优惠政策、财政扶持、深化林业改革、健全市场体系等措施,提高林业优势产业素质。

The superior conditions and area advantage of Guangxi provide favourable conditions for the development of forestry industry, and forest store volum, amount of wood cutting and output of oil - tea camellia are among the top list of China. Due to lack of policy support, fund and poor administrative management, however, its resource hasn＇ t been transferred to industrial advantage. It is suggested in this paper that the government adopt more favourable policy, invest more, carry out a further reform in forestry and build up two bases and eight superior industries to build Guangxi into a dominant province in forestry industry.
